[ENTRY #4] Munting Kasiyahan | By Daryl Nagac Munalem

Dito namugna ang aking kasiyahan,

na sa aking mga matay masisilayan,

D.N.H.S. ay isa kong kaibigan,

na gumagamot sa aking kalungkutan:

siya`y kaibigan nalaging sandalan,

sa buhay kong puno nang kapighatian.

Kung mga alaala ang pag-uusapan,

nang mga kasiyahang aking naranasan!

sisimulan ko ngayong ipagyayabang,

ang aking karanasang di mapantayan:

sa araw nayon ko siya nakilala,

isang babaeng sa mata ko`y dakila;

Ang araw nayon ay buwan ng hunyo!

ang buwan kung kailan nag aral dito!

sa mismong araw nayon ako`y natuto:

nang mga aral na sa aki`y itinuro

"salamat sa iyo oh! dakilang guro!"

sigaw nang nagpapasalamat kong puso.

Sa lahat ng mga guro`t mga kaibigan ko!

at dito sa mumunting paaralan ko!

salamat,salamat,salamat, sa inyo,!

hanggang dito nalang tong munting tula ko,

naway naib-gan at nagustuhan niyo,

ang tula kong nagmula sa aking puso.

Paaralang Dologon National High School

Lahat ng estudyante ay naghahabol

Laging naiiwan ang nagbubulakbol

Kaya sungay nila ay pinuputol

Marami akong masayang ala-ala

Lalo na't kasama ang mga barkada

Dito sa paaralan na secondary

Kasi hanggang langit ang ligaya

Sa aking kapwa kong mga estudyante

Mga guro natin ay ang importante

Ni hindi tayo kalian man magsisisi

Dahil tinuturo nila ay mabuti

Hindi tayo kailanman mag-aalangan

Na tayo'y pumasok sa silid-aralan

Dahil dito mapagkakatiwalaan 

At ang kinabukasan mapaghandaan

Kahit ng ngayon ay patapos na ako

Sana ay naiinganyo kayo dito

Fourteen years ago…

I’m the childish girl you knew

I’ve done so many mistakes

But I’ve learned from all of it.

No dolls… no toys I held so tight

No crying in the middle of the night

No parents when I was sleeping and dreaming

Because now that’s a memory I’m keeping.

I’m the foolish girl you knew

But now I’m already grown up

You can do nothing to make it stop.

I want you to see the change in me

I was the innocent girl you knew

You took advantage of that

Simple Logic | Lady Marmalade

If I were a millionaire;

I’d build a house where street children can live there.

If I were a superman;

I’d see to it that no one falls from where he stand.

If I were a priest;

I’d give my blessings to everyone even the smallest.

If I were a baker;

I’d share my food to a beggar even if nothing is left in the jar.

If I were a doctor;

I’d save lives though I could not be a donor.

If I were a police;

I’d run the bandits and keep them in peace.

If I were a man;

I’d cherish my wife until her name melts in the sun.

But I am a teacher;

I’d do my best to give everything I can share.

The Accuracy of My Chemistry

So many times I tried my dear

To simplify the way I feel

I wondered if notations would mean

The whole of what my nucleus to tell.

I tried to compare different elements

Using metallic property, one of the means

I tried ionization energy and atomic radius

To integrate these crazy thoughts.

I tried to lodge electron affinity

By my unknown ion increased to three

I used the lambda of Louis de Broglie

To measure the wavelength of my Chemistry.

I tried to add the average percentage first

But what I got was not the best

I dislodged it from the average’s sum

But the difference is negative one.

As I used Dalton’s atomic theory

It extended into the idea of indivisibility

I gave up and thought twice

To use chemistry is a simple device.

So what I used was electron configuration

To solve it with a formula and so on

So did with the aid of electron negativity

At last I got the right answer one-four-three.

I love you! Yes I do.

I love you more than anyone else could do.

I may not be vocal, but deep in my heart is where you reside;

Oh! How I love to fill your heart with pure delight.

My heart beats for just you my love;

I’m sending you love songs given to me from above;

You always utter the words “I love you baby”

Hearing no response from me

  My silence never bothers you

For you know that I love you so!

The moment I opened my heart and let you in

Great love as well as consequences of it starting to begin.

We never meant for this to happen

But we are both sure happy it did

We’ve found the closest thing to heaven

Making us feel like a kid!

You taught me not to be afraid

Fearing not of wanting you

I’m really glad to have found you

I can never grace my heart away from you

I do hope everything will be alright

Making our love, a guiding light

Putting us both on the right track

Living the promise of our everlasting love!

Letting Go!

Isn't wonderful to have people around you?

Promising  that they would not leave you?

To stick with you tick or thin?

To be beside you until hell freezes over?

Damn ! How fascinating their promises were.

I thought... I thought... I thought...

Gosh! I'm so stupid believing in their sweet swears & Lies

I believe them b'cos I thought they were true,

I thought they wouldn't make my heart cry

and I thought they couldn't afford to lose me.

I thought -for a second,this is just the only thing I'm sure-of

I was a fooled!

It's not that I own them,It's just that I'm too selfish to the ones 

I love and I don't want us to be parted again!

But if the time comes that they have to leave,

I will just close my eyes co's I don't have the strength to see him leaving.

For in my sixteen years of existence,

I definitely conclude :

That the most difficult words I know are 

"LETTING GO"!

Departure

Here we are in a distance we can't reach

I can only see you smile but we're a universe apart

It feels so cold like a shower in the rain

It makes me feel free but I still need warmth

Looks like forever doesn't seem long enough

For me to realize everything

I'll find a perfect way follow

To take the truth beyond the sorrow

And live my life like there is no tomorrow

I'll cherish everything inside

Our memories left in my mind

And wait patiently for the right time

'Cause I know there's a place for me beside you

It's just somewhere in the sky

Someday soon, I might be with you again

We could start another story we can share through time

How I wish I could return and change the past

But the time keeps running too fast

Your sheer departure left me solitary days

You're stuck in my heart and in my fantasy

Your beauty exists in my world full of dreams

And the sound of your voice, so sweet to as it seems

Like a movie where you came into my life to steal my heart

And I came to rescue you in every danger from the start

If only you're the sun to brighten my days

It would only take a smile to shine all the way

If only you are here to stay by my side

We would count the stars in the moonlit sky

And this would only come true

A fiction to their eyes, to me it was real

The Good Old Memoirs

October 30 was the day,

When I started feeling your affection,

Twas evening and as I lay,

I kept seeing your illusion,

Cold evening of December 24,

I went to talk to you,

I gently said " I love you",

And you told me you do too.

A smile suddenly painted my face,

As I gaze at the stars on a cloudless sky,

I tried to form your angelic face,

As a shooting star passes by.

June 5, 2010 everything came to an end,

I seemed to give up, can't bear it anymore,

I wanted my heart to be mend,

And I think you're still the cure.

But I guess It's time to say the magical word,

"Goodbye" to you I hope you're fine,

I wanted to go further in this world,

I knew it, I am yours but you're not mine.
